Lewis J. Conwell focuses his practice on business litigation with significant experience in construction, product liability, franchise, real estate development, government contracts, and related intellectual property disputes. He also maintains an active general commercial litigation practice. Mr. Conwell is rated AV®, the highest rating attainable by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He has tried jury and bench trials in numerous state and federal courts, argued numerous appeals, arbitrations and administrative hearings.
Mr. Conwell is the Pro Bono Coordinator for the firm's Tampa office.
