Manon is a corporate lawyer with more than twenty years of experience. She co-heads the Notarial Corporate Practice group of DLA Piper.
Manon is a member of the Joint Committee on Corporate Law of the Dutch Bar Association and the Association of Civil Law Notaries (Gecombineerde Commissie Vennootschaprecht).
She is involved in setting up and coaching of joint venture structures, mergers and acquisitions, international reorganisations, international financing structures and is also engaged in all aspects of banking and finance law.
In her practice, Manon has a lot of experience in organising and giving guidance to a wide variety of complex international transactions, tax or non-tax related.
She was appointed as notaris in 2003 and has been a partner at DLA Piper since December 2005. Previously, Manon worked at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek (1990-2000), Wouters Advocaten & Notarissen/Andersen Legal (2000-2002) en AKD Prinsen van Wijmen (2002-2005).
