Marc Molhuysen practices insolvency law in the Amsterdam Office. He currently heads the restructuring group of DLA Piper.
Marc has acted for banks and financial institutions in connection with the restructuring of security portfolios, debt collection and complicated creditor repayment programs. In addition, he is regularly appointed by the Dutch courts as administrator (bewindvoerder) in suspension of payment and trustee (curator) in bankruptcy.
