Marinus Pannevis is a reputable and experienced insolvency and restructuring lawyer with more than 25 years of professional experience. Marinus is general corporate counsel to major Dutch clients of the firm. He is editor and main author of one of the major Dutch reference books on Dutch insolvency and restructuring law. Marinus is regularly appointed by the Dutch courts as liquidator (curator) of Dutch companies. He is also general counsel for corporate law for some of DLA Piper's most important clients.
