Press Release
(BALTIMORE) - DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary US LLP has announced that James D. Mathias has been named Litigation Chair of the firm's Baltimore office.
In his new role, Mathias will oversee the function and general management of the litigation practice in the Baltimore office. He succeeds Neil J. Dilloff, one of the firm's leading trial lawyers, who will continue to represent clients as a partner in the litigation practice.

"We live in an age when clients need experienced litigation counsel and sound risk management advice, for both domestic and international disputes, and I am proud to be a part of a firm that strives to meet their needs wherever they do business."
An experienced trial lawyer, Mathias' practice focuses on general corporate, securities, and business litigation. He has tried cases and argued appeals in federal and state courts in numerous jurisdictions. He also has extensive arbitration and mediation experience.
