Michael is UK Regional Group Head of the Finance & Projects group. He has specialised in banking and finance law since qualifying in 1979. Over his career Michael has advised on finance transactions in many business sectors. Generally he acts for banks and other financial institutions and is client relationship manager for a number of the organisation's top 100 clients. Much of Michael's work has involved cross-border transactions.
