Michelle Winbush practices in the area of corporate and securities law representing private and public companies in connection with various business and finance transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, venture capital transactions, domestic and international joint ventures, and corporate restructurings, reorganizations, redemptions and dissolutions. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Winbush practiced as a certified public accountant for two years in a national accounting firm.
In 2007, she was elected to the board of directors for the Special Olympics Maryland. Its mission is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in Olympic-type sports for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
