Monique specialises in real estate acquisitions, property finance, long leases, controlled auctions and property funds. She supports investment companies in the purchase, sale and encumbrance of commercial real estate. She also advises on various projects concerning apartment rights of large buildings, the creation of long lease in industrial areas, vesting of mortgages as securitisation of loans and the sale of newly built apartments.

In the last few years she has been asked to create legal structures with respect to park management and the transportation of people in industrial areas. Furthermore, Monique has created legal structures for PPS cooperations such as the incorporation of partnerships and companies and the crafting of shareholders agreements.

Monique joined the organisation in 1998 and became a partner in 1998. She worked as a (candidate) civil law notary since 1992 in various areas and was appointed to a civil law notary position in Amsterdam in 2003. She currently heads the notarial real estate unit.
