Nicholas R. Minear concentrates his practice in the areas of income taxation and corporate law. He is experienced in a broad range of business-related federal income tax matters, including the tax aspects of equity and debt financings, the acquisition and ownership of real estate, partnership and limited liability company operations, corporate acquisitions and reorganizations, S corporations, bankruptcies and debt discharges, tax-exempt organizations, consolidated returns, and international transactions.
Mr. Minear is also experienced in structuring partnerships and LLCs, including syndications and corporate joint ventures, and privately-owned corporations.
