The Royal Decree of July 15, 2011 was published in the Belgian State Gazette of August 9, 2011. The Royal Decree contains the regulations with regard to the implementation of the Law of July 15, 2006 concerning the procedures for the award of public works contracts, public supply contracts and public service contracts. The Royal Decree contains some innovations with regard to the competitive dialogue, framework agreements etc.
The Royal Decree has not yet come into force.
