Ivo studied law in Vienna and is the Regional Managing Partner for the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. As Regional Managing Partner, Ivo is responsible for the coordination of DLA Piper's offices in CEE. Ivo is a member of the Regulatory and Litigation group in Austria and focuses on general commercial law and contracts, litigation, public law and financial services regulatory.  In addition Ivo is an experienced adviser regarding national and international corporate transactions including the formation and acquisition of companies and investment funds. He also has strong banking regulatory expertise and teaches banking law at the Business Faculty of the University of Vienna. He is the President of AIJA's (International Association of Young Lawyers) Finance Committee. Ivo was educated at the University of Vienna, Faculty of Law (degree in law, 1988).
