Josep co-heads DLA Piper’s arbitration group in Europe and is the partner responsible for its litigation and arbitration team in Spain. He advises and represents clients in all contentious matters that may arise in the course of business: commercial agreements, corporate defense, product liability, regulatory risk, enforcement procedures, injunctions and international conflicts. He has wide experience in the resolution of corporate and commercial disputes involving multinational investors, particularly in the technology, media and communications sector. Such expertise has been recognised by The European Legal 500 (Dispute Resolution, IT and Telecoms), Chambers Global and Chambers Europe (TMT) and European Legal Experts (Dispute Resolution, IT and Telecommunications) and World’s Leading Experts in Commercial Arbitration.
