Vikki is joint head of pensions in the Leeds office. She advises on all aspects of pensions law and is particularly experienced in the pensions aspects of sales and acquisitions and pension scheme mergers. Vikki advises trustees and employers on the fulfilment of their duties, the exercise of their discretions and on pension scheme governance issues. She also reviews and updates scheme documentation and advises employers on pensions strategy. Vikki writes for the pensions press, such as the Professional Pensions journal, and regularly speaks at seminars on pensions issues. She is an associate member of the Pensions Management Institute and an examiner on the Institute's scheme financing and investment paper. She is also a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers. Vikki is recommended as a leader in pensions in Legal 500 and Chambers.
