NLRB postpones implementation date of notice-posting rule: what employers should know
Labor and Employment Alert
Dianne Rose LaRocca
The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) again has postponed the effective date of its employee rights notice-posting rule. This time, the postponement was made at the request of the US District Court for the District of Columbia, which is hearing legal challenges to the rule. The new implementation date is April 30, 2012.
Please contact Dianne LaRocca and Peter Pantaleo to help you determine if your business or organization fall within the NLRB’s jurisdiction, what your business or organization must do to comply with this notice-posting rule and the effect the notice posting may have on your workforce. Read our prior communication about this matter for more information.
