Andrew E. Shiner handles a variety of commercial real estate transactions for financial institutions and other companies, including commercial real estate secured transactions; purchases and sales of office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, commercial and industrial properties, apartment buildings, and vacant land; permanent, construction, and securitized mortgage loans; joint venture and mezzanine financing; CC&Rs, easements, title, land use, and survey matters; and low-income housing tax credit financings.
