Struktur

DLA Piper is a global organisation ("Organisation"), the members of which are legal practices and other entities, each member (whether having legal personality or not) being a separate and distinct legal entity.

The Organisation does not provide (directly or indirectly) any legal or other client services. These services are provided solely by such members of the Organisation as are described in this statement as providers of legal or other client services ("Practising Entities").

The use of "DLA Piper" as a brand, business or trading name or style by all or any of the Practising Entities shall not imply that the Organisation is engaged in the provision of legal or other client services.

The members of the Organisation that provide legal or other client services (ie the Practising Entities) are:

Advokatfirma DLA Piper Norway DA, a general partnership with shared liability whose registered office is at Olav Vs gate 4, N-0161 Oslo, Norway, which provides services from offices in Norway;
DLA Piper UK LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (registered number OC307847) whose registered office is at 3 Noble Street, London EC2V 7EE, which provides services from offices in England, Belgium, France, Germany and the People's Republic of China.

DLA Piper Weiss-Tessbach Rechtsanwälte GmbH, a company registered in Austria (with the Companies Register of the Commercial Court Vienna under registered number FN 239958f) which provides services from offices in Austria and (in co-operation with Horváth & Partners Law Firm) from offices in Hungary and (through co-operation arrangements with local lawyers) from offices in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic and Slovakia;
Horváth & Partners Law Firm, a partnership whose principal place of business is at Alkotás Street 50, Budapest, Hungary, which provides services in co-operation with DLA Piper Weiss-Tessbach Rechtsanwälte GmbH from offices in Hungary;

DLA Piper Wiater sp.k.is a limited partnership registered in Warsaw (registered number 0000282931) whose registered office is at ul. Emilii Plater 53, 00-113 Warsaw, Poland, which provides services from offices in Poland.

Other members of the Organisation include the following internal governance/service entities which, for the avoidance of doubt, do not provide any legal or other client services:

DLA Piper Global Services LLP;
Global Name Services LLP;
DLA Piper International LLP;
DLA Piper Services LLP; and
DLA Piper Asia LLP.

No member of the Organisation is a partner of any other member and no member, in its capacity as such, has any authority (of any kind) to obligate or otherwise bind any other member in any manner whatsoever.

DLA Piper Group is an alliance of legal practices which includes firms with offices in Australia, Egypt, Ghana, New Zealand, South Africa, Sweden, Tanzania and Zambia that are affiliated to members of the Organisation but are not themselves members of it.
