Our professional indemnity insurer is Travelers Insurance Company Limited whose address is Exchequer Court, 33 St Mary Axe, London EC3A 8AG. This insurance covers our practices in the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, Australia and Asia and extends to acts and omissions wherever they occur in the world.
In certain jurisdictions professional indemnity insurance is required to be placed locally in accordance with statute or regulation. Where there are such requirements we have policies in place to meet these obligations, details of which can be supplied .
Our services

If we are unable to resolve a problem through internal channels, our client may refer the matter to the Norwegian Bar Association, details of which are accessible at
www.jus.no. If, after investigation, it is found that the complaint is justified, the Norwegian Bar Association may report the lawyer to Tilsynsrådet for Advokatvirksomhet who can take disciplinary action against the lawyer.
