Oleksandr is a partner in the Kyiv office. He leads the finance and projects practice, having over 15 years' experience of advising on legal, tax and business matters. Oleksandr focuses on corporate law and banking law. He advises on the structuring of mergers and acquisitions in the finance sector, debt finance, currency derivatives, securitisation, project finance, infrastructure and PPPs. He also has significant industry experience in the energy, transport and telecommunications sectors. In 2009 and 2010 as well as now Oleksandr is involved in major debt restructuring transactions in the Ukrainian market.
