Olga is a senior associate with the Kyiv office of DLA Piper and specialises in real estate transactions and land law. She has 11 years' experience advising on legal matters. Her experience includes the full range of legal services: real estate and land transactions support, structuring of transactions, conducting pre-acquisition due diligence of real estate and land before acquisition, advising clients on different legal matters regarding land and real estate.

Olga has been Chairwoman of the Real Estate Committee for the European Business Association since 2006.

Olga received a Masters degree with honours in Law at Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University in 2003. Olga has been an attorney at law since 2003.

• Advising a major international enterprise on production of electric and other relevant equipment ATLANTIC in the process of their purchase of a plant in Odessa Oblast;
• Advising a Greek development company with respect to acquisition of the land plots in Odessa Oblast and construction of multi propose real estate complex thereon;
• Advising major Jewish investors GTC and EUROPORT with respect to securing and development of the land plots with multipurpose office and retail complex in Odessa Oblast;
• Advising an international development company with respect to construction of the multipurpose office, retail and leisure complex in the central part of Kyiv;
• Permanent day-to-day advising of the Swedish agricultural company in securing of agricultural land plots all over Ukraine;
• Advising of Austrian construction company with respect to development of construction documentation and construction of the stadium to EURO 2012;
• Advising of the French cheese production company with respect to securing of the land plots for production purpose in Ukraine;
