Ranjit Narayanan practices in the areas of general corporate law, intellectual property and technology-related transactions. He works with clients on a variety of intellectual property and licensing issues. Mr. Narayanan has experience drafting and editing various technology-related agreements, including software licensing agreements, sales representative agreements and distribution agreements. Mr. Narayanan also represents technology-based companies in both early and late round venture financings.
