Richard Levine combines his 36 years of experience in real estate, tax and partnership matters in representing real estate entrepreneurs, investors, developers and homebuilders in the Baltimore-Washington area and elsewhere in the United States. Mr. Levine is particularly well known for his creativity in structuring complex transactions, with specific emphasis on sophisticated tax planning. He is active in the Baltimore community. In 2011, he was appointed to the President's Advisory Council of Notre Dame of Maryland University. He serves on the boards of McDonogh School and the Rollins-Luetkemeyer Foundation.
