Robert M. Unger is a partner in the Corporate and Finance group, based in New York. Mr. Unger’s practice concentrates on highly structured commercial real estate finance, mergers and acquisitions, equipment finance, secured lending, and corporate and transactional matters for both private and public companies. He advises on a wide range of business issues, among them corporate and asset acquisitions and dispositions, capital equipment acquisitions and finance, portfolio management, all aspects of asset-based finance transactions and a variety of tax-advantaged leasing and other investment vehicles.

Mr. Unger’s clients include private investors and investment bankers, investment opportunity funds, financial institutions, equipment leasing companies, debt and equity investors in equipment and project finance transactions and operating companies in fields as far ranging as real estate management, systems logistics and media.
