Nathaniel Stinnett concentrates his practice in real estate development, acquisitions/dispositions and affordable housing. Mr. Stinnett has experience working with regional and national owners and developers in a broad variety of commercial real estate transactions, including the representation of sellers, purchasers and developers of downtown office towers, retail properties and suburban office parks with a particular emphasis on environmental and permitting issues. Mr. Stinnett has also represented state agencies and developers in the financing and development of affordable housing projects.

Mr. Stinnett is also a highly sought after political advisor, having served in key leadership roles for numerous city council, state senate and congressional campaigns, and he has been recognized by the Massachusetts Literacy Foundation for his leadership in the field of literacy education for homeless adults. In 2008, Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick named Mr. Stinnett to his Zero Net Energy Buildings Task Force to study on-site energy generation and efficiency for buildings across Massachusetts.
