Sander is an experienced corporate lawyer. He currently heads the corporate notarial business unit of DLA Piper. Furthermore, Sander is a member of the telecom team of DLA Piper in the Netherlands. He performs his work with a hands-on mentality and provides effective and practical solutions, always focusing on the underlying commercial interests.
Sander's practice focuses on corporate governance, private equity and employment participation programs. He also advises on and assists in setting up corporate structures. Sander has considerable experience as both leader and team member in international and national corporate transactions. He advised several listed groups on their corporate governance group policy.
