Scott A. Weinberg is a partner based in New York, concentrating on real estate and finance.
He has extensive experience in all areas of real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions and leasing for both institutional and non-institutional clients.
In particular, Mr. Weinberg has experience representing lenders in the origination and securitization of commercial mortgage loans. He is regularly involved in some of the largest and most complex transactions in the United States.
He is also well known for his work in the finance and development of affordable housing, representing both lenders and developers.
Mr. Weinberg writes and speaks frequently on real estate and finance topics.
