Singapore’s strategic geographic location is a natural hub for international businesses looking to establish regional operations in either South-East Asia or more broadly in Asia. Our Singapore office provides cross border legal advice* to international and local Singaporean businesses in various jurisdictions in South East Asia including Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia as well as Vietnam. Many of our lawyers are fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia and Vietnamese, further enhancing our ability to work with clients in the region.

Our Singapore office facilitates our ability to meet clients' commercial needs globally. The areas of specialisation within this location directly reflect Singapore's status as a major Asian commercial centre and an international trading hub.

We offer legal expertise in the areas of Commercial, Corporate and Finance, Dispute Resolution and Technology, Media and Communications (TMC). We also have a substantial Indonesian practice and extensive network of contacts in Malaysia.
