Stein is a partner and the location head of the Norwegian Finance and Projects group.

He advises clients on banking and finance issues, focusing on real estate, asset based lending and leasing.

Stein has extensive experience advising on complex acquisitions, contractual matters and public procurement within contractual negotiations and disputes, with a background in defence. He also advises employers on labour relations and negotiations.

Stein is an experienced litigator and has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway. He is also a legal adviser to several German corporations.
