The stimulus bill provides for one of the largest government spending programs in US history. Many of these programs are targeted at cleantech and other energy technologies. Startups and their investors need to understand how the stimulus bill will affect their business and the opportunities that it offers for non-dilutive financing. DLA Piper recently hosted a webinar providing critical insight into what these companies should be doing to make the most of the opportunities presented by the stimulus bill.
