DLA Piper is pleased to announce a series of 45 minute web based seminars presented by a multi jurisdictional team of experts providing insights in negotiation and management strategies for complex projects.

Contracting for partnership - what does it mean in practice?

'Partnering' in sourcing and outsourcing is an often referred to concept, but is perhaps less well understood in practice. Whilst much of this will come from the general relationship between the parties, there is much that the contract terms could (and should) do to help influence this. This webinar will accordingly focus on the levers which can be used to help reflect 'partnership' in practice rather than just theory.

This webinar is provided free of charge and the training is delivered to your desk without the need for travel. You will access the slides on your PC and access the audio presentation by freephone number.

Each session will be presented by members of the Global Technology and Sourcing team and there will be an opportunity at the end of each session to ask questions.
