He is experienced in all areas surrounding senior executive restraint, team poaching and confidentiality issues. He also advises on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions including large-scale restructuring programmes, and contract variation exercises. Tim provides strategic advice on boardroom disputes and has been involved in numerous high-profile cases involving City of London institutions. He is a regular conference lecturer on all aspects of employment law and the author of Chancery's Employment Insolvency Handbook.
