Troy Zander has represented lenders and companies in documenting technology, life sciences, and middle-market financing transactions aggregating in excess of $5 billion. He also has represented agents, lenders, participants, and companies in syndicated facilities aggregating in excess of $2.5 billion.

In addition, Mr. Zander has represented companies, secured and unsecured creditors, committees, trustees, and asset purchasers in bankruptcy proceedings. He has also represented lenders and companies in federal, state, and out-of-court proceedings restructuring debt in excess of $500 million, and he represents early stage companies in the technology and life sciences sectors in all manner of corporate transactions.

Mr. Zander is a frequent author and speaker on the subjects of secured transactions and, particularly, lending against intellectual property assets.

Mr. Zander is on the firm's US Pro Bono Committee and is the Pro Bono Coordinator for the San Diego (Golden Triangle) office. Mr. Zander is General Counsel, pro bono, to Feeding America (formerly America's Second Harvest), the Nation's Food Bank Network, which is dedicated to ending hunger in America. He is also General Counsel, pro bono, to Feeding America - San Diego, the local affiliate member of Feeding America.
