We are an international legal practice, with over 8000 staff, including over 1200 partners globally. In the UK we are split into six practice groups: corporate; employment; pensions and benefits; finance and projects; litigation and regulatory; real estate; intellectual property and technology. We handle a diverse range of commercial work from mainstream corporate transactions to work requiring specialist indepth knowledge of cutting-edge IT developments. This means that we can offer trainees quality work and breadth of experience, including the possibility of doing a seat abroad, whether you want to work in Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester or Sheffield.
