- Email: Send us an email telling us which course you wish to attend
- Online: Register online by clicking into the course you wish to attend

Hotel accommodationIf you require hotel accommodation, preferential rates can often be obtained by calling IBR (In Business Reservations) on:

They will provide a choice of rates including staying at the conference hotel. Hotel accommodation and expenses are not included in the fee.
Cancellations, substitutions and transfersIf you are not able to attend, you may send a substitute. However, a refund can not be made for cancellations received less than 14 days before the course is scheduled to take place. There is a fee to cover hotel and administration expenses for delegates transferring to another programme and for cancellations received more than 14 days before the course start date.
