Linda Bozung focuses her practice on land use planning, zoning and entitlement acquisition and protection. Her practice includes general plan and zoning amendments; all types of land use permits, including variances and conditional use permits; and the drafting and negotiation of development agreements. She has more than 30 years of experience overseeing the preparation and certification of Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs) and all California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documents. She is also highly experienced in Fifth Amendment takings law and regularly provides endangered species and wetlands counsel. She has extensive negotiation experience regarding environmental and development project approvals and interacts regularly with all types of governmental agencies.

Ms. Bozung served on the governing council of the Urban, State and Local Government Law Section of the American Bar Association and was also the chair of the ABA Land Use Committee for a number of years. She is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).

Ms. Bozung has received numerous accolades for her practice. In its October 2008 issue examining commercial real estate trends and issues in the Southern California commercial real estate industry, Real Estate Southern California named her one of its Women of Influence. Also in 2008, the Los Angeles Business Journal named her among the seven top lawyers on its Real Estate list, out of 48,000 lawyers in all of Los Angeles County. The publication also has named Ms. Bozung one of "The 50 Most Powerful Women in Los Angeles Law." The respected English publisher Chambers & Partners recognizes her in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, noting she "has a thorough understanding of the law and strong interpretation and strategic abilities." Chambers added that Ms. Bozung "understands what needs to be done and goes above and beyond to protect her clients - she's great with people." She is also listed in the top 3 percent of attorneys in the nation by The Legal News.

She has been designated a Southern California Super Lawyer every year since 2004 and in that year was named one of "The 50 Super Women Lawyers" by Los Angeles magazine. In 2004 and 2006, she was also cited among "Southern California's Most Influential Women," Real Estate Southern California's list of 25 prominent women in the real estate community. She was recently selected by Lawdragon as one of the Lawdragon 500 Leading Dealmakers in America and is a member of the 2010 Lawdragon Top 3000. Based on peer reviews, she has been listed in the 2010 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Land Use & Zoning and Real Estate Law.

In 2008, the Century City Chamber of Commerce Women's Business Council named her one of Century City's Outstanding Women of Achievement, recognizing her professional dedication and commitment to excellence.

Ms. Bozung has an LL.M. in land use, planning, natural resources and environmental law from Harvard Law School and a J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University School of Law, where she was executive editor of the Law Review. She received her B.S. in computer sciences with a minor in chemical engineering from Purdue University.

She was a member, and was chair for three years, of the board of directors of the Weingart Center, one of the largest social services providers to the homeless in Los Angeles. She is also a member of the Iris Cantor-UCLA Women's Health Center Executive Women's Advisory Board and a member of the board of the Santa Monica YMCA.
