Alexandra Magill concentrates her practice on a wide range of regulatory compliance obligations concerning the environment, under the Clean Air Act, CERCLA/EPCRA and other federal environmental statutes as well as their state counterparts, with a focus on stationary sources. She also assists clients in responding to facility emergencies, including the coordination of reporting obligations and on-site internal investigations.

Ms. Magill is involved with environmental enforcement actions, permitting, regulatory counseling, tracking and reporting on recent rulemaking and EPA policy interpretations, and FIFRA arbitrations. She also advises clients on potential climate change issues and liability.

Ms. Magill is also an integral part of the firm's pro bono program. She is leading a major firm project that assists Holocaust survivors who are seeking reparations.
