Victoria Lee concentrates her practice in strategic intellectual property counseling, joint ventures, technology procurements and transfers, manufacturing agreements, distribution and licensing and other strategic intellectual property-related agreements, open source business models and licensing issues and general business counseling. A significant part of her practice focuses on intellectual property matters as they relate to complex mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments and venture financings.

Her practice includes representation of public and private companies in the software (with particular experience in open source and cloud computing), e-commerce and social networking, mobile marketing, hardware, networking and semiconductor industries.

Ms. Lee also assists emerging growth companies in corporate formations, and she represents both investors and companies in venture financings, including companies with corporate venture funds, corporate partnering and other strategic alliances.
