Mr. Jones assists technology companies, financial institutions, insurance companies, REITS and other business entities with various transactions and regulatory issues, including the issuance of debt and equity securities, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Jones is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Jones' experience is as follows:

• Mr. Jones has represented investment banks and individual corporate issuers with the issuance of several hundred million dollars worth of registered securities pursuant to initial and follow-on public offerings.
• Private Placements. Mr. Jones has served as counsel for underwriters and individual technology companies, REITs, insurance companies, banks and other issuers of over $3.0 billion of preferred stock, Trust Preferred Securities, perpetual preferred, Senior Notes and Subordinate Debentures.
• General Matters. Mr. Jones has assisted with numerous mergers and acquisitions, the formation of nanotechnology, software, energy, manufacturing, service and banking clients and assisted with the implementation and maintenance of stock option plans, the preparation and review of contracts and licenses, and otherwise assisted with general corporate issues and regulatory matters.
