Nia Brown is a member of the Corporate and Securities Group and focuses her practice on the representation of US and foreign public and private companies in a range of transactional matters. These include general corporate and securities matters, mergers and acquisitions, and public and private securities offerings. She also assists clients in the preparation and filing of 1933 Act and 1934 Act documents and proxy materials with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, and related compliance.

Ms. Brown began her career at the New York office of Sullivan & Cromwell, where she was a member of the mergers and acquisitions practice group and worked with Fortune 500 companies and other top-tier issuers and acquirors.
