Ross Burningham, a partner in the Corporate and Finance group, focuses his practice on corporate and securities law with an emphasis on representing emerging growth technology companies.

Mr. Burningham also has extensive experience representing venture capital investors and investment banking firms. He has managed a broad range of major business transactions for these entities, including private placements, public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, joint ventures, other strategic collaborations, and commercial transactions.

He has been counsel to companies in the biotechnology, health care services, medical device, software, hardware and telecommunications industries. These companies range from start-ups to established public companies.

Mr. Burningham has been listed in the 2007 and 2008 editions of The Best Lawyers in America® in the areas of leveraged buyouts and private equity law and venture capital law.
