Gregory R. Hall concentrates his practice on domestic and international mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity transactions, restructurings, and securities transactions, including public and private offerings of equity and debt, tender offers and exchange offers.
He also represents issuers, underwriters and placement agents in their underwriting, investment, and advisory activities. He also counsels clients in securities law compliance, corporate governance and general corporate matters, including employment agreements, stock option plans, warrant agreements, and management and service arrangements. His experience covers a wide range of industries including airlines and ground transportation, equipment rental, biotech, solar and wind energy, technology, telecommunications, and manufacturing.
