Joseph W. Sheyka has practiced in the field of franchising and distribution law for thirty years. He is co-author of General Franchising Considerations, published by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education in Organizing and Advising Illinois Businesses.

Mr. Sheyka is a frequent lecturer on franchising and distribution topics. The Leading Lawyers Network lists him as a Leading Lawyer in Illinois, and he has been cited in 11 editions of Best Lawyers in America. He has been named an Illinois Super Lawyer, as the result of research projects conducted jointly by Law & Politics and Chicago magazines.
