Kevin A. Coyle focuses his practice in initial public offerings, venture and angel capital, mergers and acquisitions, and startup companies.

Mr. Coyle works extensively with companies at all stages of development, from start-up to IPO or sale, and beyond. He advises clients on licensing, distribution agreements, corporate partnering transactions, lease lines, and bridge financings, in such corporate issues as public offerings, venture capital, angel capital, and private placements of securities, as well as mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, proxy fights, and corporate defense strategies.
