Olena has considerable experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), contract law, natural resources law (oil and gas, subsoil use, forest law) and general tax planning. Her experience includes providing full legal support to clients involved in multimillion dollar M&A transactions.

Olena was recommended as a corporate counsel in the Ukrainian Law Firms 2004, A Handbook for Foreign Clients (Yuridicheskaya Practika Publishing). She is the author of several publications in the Ukrainian Journal of Business Law.

Olena studied law at Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University. She also attended TACIS Legal Studies in Ukraine financed by the EU - a course of EU law, including antimonopoly law, public services, consumer protection, company law, tax law and environment protection.

Olena was admitted to the Kyiv City Bar Association (2000). She is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English.

• Performing a due diligence of 23 plots of land to be acquired by an Austrian real estate developer.
• Advising a Russian manufacturer of cosmetics and hygienic products and cleansers in the process of purchasing one of the Ukrainian producers of detergents.
• Advising and supporting a leading Polish bathroomware, furniture and tiles manufacturer in purchasing a plot of land.
• Advising a pharmaceutical company on setting up its business presence in Ukraine.
• Advising one of the leading ready-to-operate office providers on an agreement for office centre rent.
• Advising the leading malt producer in Ukraine on purchasing a stake in a company engaged in cultivation, supply and storage of brewing barley.
• Advising a leading exhibition operator on purchasing exhibitions in Ukraine.
• Advising a Ukrainian aviation company on entering into an aircraft leasing agreement.
