Roderik is based in the Amsterdam office and has 24 years of experience in Dutch corporate and international tax. He is a member of the Netherlands Order of Tax Advisors, the Netherlands Scientific Association for Tax Law and the International Fiscal Association (IFA). Roderik has been named in the 2007 guide of the World's Leading Tax Advisers, the international legal market's leading guide to the top practitioners in the field of tax advice.

Roderik's tax practice is focused on Dutch and International tax law aspects relating to cross-border M&A, private equity, corporate restructurings, capital market transactions, transfer pricing and the advance pricing agreement/advance tax ruling practice area. His clients include a wide range of EU/US multinationals and Dutch companies listed on Euronext.
