Roger Meltzer has practiced corporate and securities law for nearly 30 years. Among his clients are corporations, investment banking firms, commercial banks, and private equity and investment funds. He represents them in most types of finance transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, public offerings, and public and private placements of debt and equity securities.

He also provides general corporate advice and represents a number of publicly-held and privately-held companies.

He comes to DLA Piper from Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, where he had practiced since completing law school.
