Scott A. Weinberg concentrates on real estate and finance. He has extensive experience in all areas of real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions and leasing, for both institutional and non-institutional clients. Mr. Weinberg has particular expertise in representing lenders in the origination and securitization of commercial mortgage loans and is regularly involved in some of the largest and most complex transactions in the country. He is also well-known for his work in the finance and development of afford-able housing, representing both lenders and developers.
