Kenneth ist ein Jurist nach englischem Recht. Sein Beratungsspektrum umfasst Klimaschutzrecht, Energie- und Infrastrukturrecht, einschließlich Finanzierungen in der Europäischen Union, vor allem Großbritannien und Österreich, die SEE-Region, Asien und Afrika.

Schwerpunkte seiner Tätigkeit liegen in der Umsetzung und Einhaltung des Dritten Energiepakets der EU und der EU Gesetzgebung im Bereich erneuerbarer Energien. Kenneth hat Erfahrungen im Upstream-, Midstream- und Downstreamsektor der Öl-, Gas- und Stromwirtschaft, weiters in REC, I-REC und GoO SystemeEU ETS und den internationalen Kohlenstoffmärkten; die Implementierung intelligenter Energietechnologien, sowie in Energiefragen betreffend Brexit.
