Cathryn Le Regulski provides advice and counsel to companies on a wide array of employment law compliance issues, effective management of difficult personnel matters, workplace investigations, executive compensation, workforce restructuring, proprietary information and trade secret protection, restrictive covenant enforcement, and developing and implementing practical and effective personnel policies and practices.  Cathryn offers strategic and practical legal advice that accounts for her clients’ business needs, and routinely drafts and negotiates employment-related agreements and restrictive covenants, conducts management trainings, and investigations of complaints of workplace misconduct. 

In addition to her counselling practice, Cathryn also provides strategic advice to companies and private equity and venture capital firms on a full range of employment-related matters in connection with mergers, acquisitions (both buy-side and sell-side), spinoffs and divestitures, financings, corporate restructuring.  Cathryn also handles complex employee integration issues arising from mergers and acquisitions.

Cathryn has also litigated discrimination claims – including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act – and retaliation, breach of contract and tort claims. She also handles matters before administrative agencies, such as the EEOC and DOL.

Cathryn is Chair of the Firm’s Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Resource Group.
