Josh Seidenfeld represents technology, life sciences and healthcare companies throughout the corporate lifecycle – from seed stage through private financings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and initial public offerings (IPOs). He regularly advises on general corporate matters, securities compliance, and the structuring and implications of strategic transactions.

In the past year, Josh has led transactions totaling billions of dollars on a variety of matters ranging from venture financings to mergers and public offerings.

He counsels businesses across the biotechnology, therapeutics, pharmaceutical, climate technology and energy, digital health, medical technology, and software sectors, including emergent AI.

Josh previously served as global chair of a global law firm’s digital health group and served on the firm’s Life Sciences Advisory Board.
