Laura represents fund sponsors, general partners, and asset managers in structuring and forming private equity and real estate funds, including closed-ended vehicles, funds of funds, separately managed accounts, co-investment vehicles, and permanent capital structures. Her work encompasses drafting and negotiating fund documentation, establishing platform-level entities, advising on internal economic and governance arrangements, and seed capital transactions. Laura also represents real estate funds and their general partners in negotiating construction and development agreements.
Laura also advises institutional investors, including pension plans, endowments, sovereign wealth funds, and family offices, on investments in private funds, co-investment vehicles, fund restructurings, and secondary market transactions.
